Chicken Alfredo Lasagna


Chicken Alfredo Lasagna 


  • 1 lb perfect chicken, shredded 
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 head of broccoli, chopped small ( i ran through food processor)
  • 2 16oz jars alfredo sauce
  • 1 15 oz containter ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • salt/pepper
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 box lasagna noodles (oven ready)
  • 16 shredded mozzarella cheese


  1. In a large pan, heat precooked shredded chicken. Season with garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder and oregano.
  2. Add in broccoli. Cook for a few minutes until broccoli is softened. 
  3. Pour in alfredo sauce. Cook over medium heat until sauce is bubbling.
  4. In a medium bowl mix ricotta cheese and parmesan.
  5. Prepare 9x13 baking pan with spray EVOO
  6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  7. Spread layer of chicken mixture in baking pan. 
  8. Layer noodles then cheese mixture then chicken mixture again. Then 1/2 the bag of shredded mozzarella cheese. 
  9. Continue with noodles, cheese, chicken.
  10. Top with cheese.
  11. Cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes
  12. Remove foil back for another 10 minutes
  13. Let set for 15-20 minutes.
  14. Serve
