Air Fried Red Skin Potatoes

 Air Fried Red Skin Potatoes


  • 1 lb red potatoes, diced
  • spray EVOO
  • salt/pepper
  • parmesan cheese (optional)


  1. In a large bowl lightly spray potatoes with EVOO. Sprinkle with salt and pepper or any seasonings you desire. Stir until combined.
  2. Add potatoes to your air fryer basket. 
  3. Cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, shaking basket half way through. (more time may be needed depending on size of potatoes)
  4. Remove from air fryer
  5. Top with parmesan cheese if desired.
  6. Serve
  7. Enjoy!!!
