Cranberry Pulled Pork Slider
Ingredients:
- 3 to 5 lb pork shoulder
- 1 large onion, chopped into chunks
- 16 oz whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 cup favorite BBQ sauce
- toppings of your choice (slaw, cheese, etc)
- slider buns
Directions:
- Place pork and onion in the slow cooker.
- Pour cranberry sauce and bbq sauce on top
- Cook on low 8 hours.
- Shred pork. Put back in slow cooker and stir with sauces for another hour.
- Now it's time to build your sliders. We had ours with some slaw mix and Hawaiian slider rolls.
- Serve
