Protein Mug Cake


Ingredients:
  • 1 scoop Vegan Shakeology (you can use other protein but water may need adjusted)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 4-5 Tbsp water
  • 2 tsp peanut butter
  • chocolate chips
Directions:
  1. Mix Shakeology, egg, baking powder and water together. Should be cake consistency. 
  2. Add peanut butter to center. 
  3. Top with chocolate chips
  4. Microwave for 60 seconds. 
  5. Serve
  6. Enjoy
