Slow Cooker Tomato Spinach Tortellini Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 32 oz chicken broth
- 28 oz can diced tomatoes
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz package refrigerated cheese tortellini, uncooked
- season to your liking, I did salt, papper, basil, onion powder and garlic powder.
Directions:
- In a large skillet, brown Italian sausage. Transfer cooked sausage to crock pot.
- Add chicken brother, diced tomatoes, tomato soup, and seasoning. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours
- Stir in cream cheese and tortellini. Cover for an addition 30 minutes on high.
- Serve
