Slow Cooker Tomato Spinach Tortellini Soup


  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 32 oz chicken broth
  • 28 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz package refrigerated cheese tortellini, uncooked
  • season to your liking, I did salt, papper, basil, onion powder and garlic powder.


  1. In a large skillet, brown Italian sausage. Transfer cooked sausage to crock pot.
  2. Add chicken brother, diced tomatoes, tomato soup, and seasoning. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours
  3. Stir in cream cheese and tortellini. Cover for an addition 30 minutes on high.
  4. Serve
  5. Enjoy!!!
