Monthly Intentions- April

 Happy April. April showers bring May flowers.  I am ready for spring so bring it on. March brought us warmer weather and lots of time outside for the family. Today we are suppose to get 1 to 3 inches of snow. It is Spring in Ohio still means snow until possibly May. I am ready for the warmer weather to stick around for good.

Looking back at last months intentions. I didn't do to well. I honestly forgot what I wanted to achieve for the month. This month I am writing it all down, hanging it up in the kitchen. No excuses.

Family:

  • Date night- no
  • Family movie night- yes
  • Family game night- no
  • One of one dates with each kid- yes with Ella, no with Austin
  • Sign up Austin for a sport- yes t-ball
  • Find Ella music books- no she changed her mind
  • Go through Ella's clothes- yes
  • Start 1000 hours of outside - yes (31 hours)
  • Organize night stand- no
Home:
  • Reorganize kitchen- no
  • Clean garage- yes
  • Start Spring Cleaning- yes
  • Clean/organize top of everyone's dressers- no

  • Drink 80 oz of water - 100 oz for March (fail)
  • Get 30 minutes of movement everyday (yes)
  • Read for 30 minutes (yes)
  • Less than 4 hours total on my phone (yes)
  • Take multivitamin, b complex, d3, magnisum, (Yes)
  • Drink nutrition shake (yes)
  • Close all 3 rings on apple watch (most days)
  • No electronics after 9pm (yes)
  • Eat all containers (changed meal plan)
  • Veggies as snacks (yes)

April Intentions:

Family:
  • Date night
  • Family movie night
  • Family game night
  • One of one dates with each kid
  • 1000 hours of outside - get at least 50 hours in April
  • go on 4 family walks

Home:
  • Reorganize kitchen
  • Finish Spring Cleaning
  • Organize night stand
  • Organize top of dressers
  • go through all the kids toys and start selling/donating

Me:
  • tracking my food on BOD app using mindset tracking
  • Delete pictures from phone starting in 2015
  • Print pictures off phone from 2015
  • Get a haircut
  • make a dentist appt
  • make a dr appt
  • Read 4 books and 2 personal development
