Part 3 Day 3 of our mini vacation/road trip to Columbus that we took over Spring Break.
Our third and final day on our mini vacation in Columbus. We enjoyed a quick breakfast at the hotel of muffins and yogurt. We packed up our room and headed out. Our first stop with Ikea. This is one of the places I had planned for our trip, we don't have an Ikea closer and Brian had never been to one. We had a lot of fun walking through the store. My kids were not impressed. I could have spent more time there, we did spend a good hour walking around. We only bought a few things: dining room chair cushions (which we love), new small kitchen glasses, and I forgot what else. There was a lot more I could have bought too.
After leaving Ikea we headed to the outdoor shopping mall for lunch and walking around. We had Shake Shack for the first time. It was pretty good. The big disappointment was they were out of ranch and ketchup.
After eating we walked around and found a fake green wall covering a parking garage. The kids all wanted pictures.

Ella also found a phone booth that was shockingly still worked. She wanted me to give her money to use it but I said another time.

After leaving the outdoor shopping mall we headed to another indoor shopping mall to hit up the Disney Store. Our local Disney store closed and it isn't the same buying everything online. I loved seeing a different store having a different layout and different items in store.
Last we headed home. We had a wonderful mini vacation road trip. It was a great little getaway the started to prepare for our longer vacation at a hotel and time in the car with the kids.
