One Pan Ham Pineapple Rice


  • 2 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp wochestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup rice
  • Directions:

    1. In a large skillet over medium heat add all ingredients minus rice. Bring to a boil.
    2. Once boiling stir in rice. Continue cooking 5 to 10 minutes until rice is tender. 
    3. Serve.
    4. Enjoy!!!
