 Crock Pot Chicken Biscuit

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • salt/pepper
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • parsley
  • 2 can vegetables (optional, I used green beans)
  • 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can fridge biscuits
Directions:
  1. In a large crock pot, place chicken in bottom. Add veggies
  2. In a large bowl mix together cream of mushroom, salt/pepper/ onion powder, garlic powder, parsley,  and chicken broth. Dump mixture over chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  4. While chicken is cooking, cut up each biscuit into 6 to 10 pieces and set aside.
  5. When cooking is done, stir biscuits into chicken mixture. If mixture is to thick you can add up to 1 cup of chicken broth or water to help thin out.
  6. Cook for an additional 30 minutes on high.
  7. Serve
  8. Enjoy!!!!
