Pesto Chicken with Zoodles

  • 2 chicken breasts, thawed
  • salt / pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Barilla Creamy Genovese Pesto
  • 4 Tbsp grated Parmesan 
  • 1 medium zucchini, spiraled

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Spray a baking dish with EVOO
  3. Place chicken breasts in dish, seasoning both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. Top with pesto and parmesan
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, chicken must at least be 165 degrees.
  6. Serve over zucchini noodles
  7. Enjoy!!!
