~ WHAT I AM REMINISCING ABOUT ~

Ella back in 2012 at the pumpkin patch. She is growing up to fast. I am also sad we didn't make it to do anything fall festival with kids being sick and craziness of moving.

For one season I had a cheerleader.

~ WHAT I AM LOVING ~

I didn't take a picture but I had a white chocolate mocha latte from Starbucks for the first time. It was so good.

Twice a week I take these two to school. Anna doesn't go at the same time as Austin but she insists on putting on her bookbag when we get in the car to take Austin. Than we come home for 20 minutes before we head to her school.

This past month there has been so much wildlife in our neighborhood. From deer to so many squirrels and some rabbits. It could just be the time of the year but makes me realize I am going to miss the little things when we move.

~ WHAT WE HAVE BEEN UP TO ~

Ella also went camping for the weekend with Girl Scouts for the first time. She had so much fun and keeps talking about wanting to go again.

Ella got a bowling birthday party with friends that ended with a surprise party at the house.

Ella's cousin Claudia also spent the night for her birthday. While Austin had a sleepover at MeMaws.

HIGH FIVE for completing a workout program. It feels great getting back into a routine for me. I feel accomplish for completing another workout program. It may have taken me four weeks to complete a three week program, but I did it!!!!!!

Things in life right now have been crazy with sick kiddos, prepping to move, kids in school, Ella’s birthday, etc. I still pushed myself to press play for 30 minutes a day, (most days) even on the days I didn’t want to. Some days you just give yourself grace.

My nutrition wasn’t perfect, I know I could have done better, but no regrets. I am down 5 pounds and a few inches.

I have more energy and I am sleeping better (when Anna sleeps). I was up at 530 this morning ready to rock this day.

I am seeing more definition in my arm muscles, and I lifting heavier.

I am loving the community and support from the other women in the virtual gym. From encouraging one another to sharing delicious recipes and more.

Am I happy with my results and the changes I have been making???? YES!!!

Could I have done better ?? yes

Changes don’t happen overnight. The scale and inches can fluctuate back and forth all the time and instead of getting frustrated I look at the positive and think of what my options really are:

1- Throw in the towel and forget about the progress and positive changes I have been making and go back to not having energy and feeling blah.
2- Take this as a win, right down my stats and keep moving forward. Continue working out and making positive changes. Continue nourishing my body to fuel my body, drink all the water, and focus on how strong I am feeling, and being proud of myself for getting back into a healthy routine.

I am going with option 2. I am going to continue to commit to sharing my journey to inspire and motivate you and other ladies to do the same!!!!!

There has been a lot of packing going on. Anna even packed herself.

Some nights you just sit on the kitchen floor and enjoy pumpkin ice cream. We did this a few times.

I promise Austin is still around. I found a few pictures of him from October, two of which he was napping. He disappears after school, comes out for dinner, then its disappears again. I feel like I have a teenager already.

~ WHAT I AM DREADING ~

Our move, the kids starting new schools, and the stress of the holidays. I know everything will be fine but the anxiety until then is through the roof. Things haven't been going as planned with some details that is just makes me stress more.

~ WHAT I AM WORKING ON ~

As I am over here sharing my own health and wellness journey I had a girl reach out to me and realized not everyone knows the options and opportunities that are available within my Beachbody community. She thought you had to be a coach are share everything on social media.

  1. I hope your move is going well. And I think your workout thoughts are spot on -- it's the things we do every day that add up. Some days just getting moving for a bit is a win.
