Baked Teriyaki Salmon
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 6 oz can of pineapple juice
- 1/8 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 salmon fillets
Directions:
- In a ziplock bag combine: soy sauce, pineapple juice, red wine vinegar, and honey. Add salmon fillets. Marinate in bag in fridge for 1 hour to 24 hours.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Lightly spray baking dish with EVOO.
- Place salmon in bottom of baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve
