Hey loves. Happy Monday. Wow I have shared 80 weeks of meal plans. If you have been around for a while you may have noticed a trend of lots of tacos, take out once a week, summer means lots of grilling, and winter means lots of soups. I am always trying new recipes and find what my family loves and doesn't love. If I ever make something that you want to try and I don't have the recipe posted let me know and I will get you the recipe.
This past week was a dinner fail, a dinner win, a forgotten photo, and a delicious dip.
Sunday- Kids had Wendy's and Adults had Panda Express. We opted out of not cooking after seeing Disney on Ice.
Monday -
Chicken and Broccoli Soup- this was not a family favorite. I feel like it is missing some ingredient and I can't put my finger on what it is. I followed a recipe and tweaked to my style so who knows. I won't be making this one again.
Taco Skillet
Wednesday - We had homemade pizza with naan bread. The kids were starving (nothing new) that I forgot to take a picture.
Thursday - Leftover soup and skillet taco
Friday - Local Take Out
My go to snack this week has been carrots with Greek Yogurt ranch that I made.
