Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork
Ingredients:
- 3 lb pork shoulder or butt
- 1 large onion, cut into 4 pieces
- 2 cans of coke
- 1 bottle of BBQ sauce of your choice
- buns if your making sandwiches
Directions:
- In slow cooker, place pork and onion.
- Pour coke over meat and onion.
- Cook on HIGH (yes i said high) for 8 to 10 hours.
- Remove all the meat from slow cooker. Dump all liquid and onions. Place meat back in slow cooker and shred with two forks (or use Kitchenaid to shred)
- Stir in BBQ sauce.
- Serve.
