Meal Planning Monday 91

 Hey loves. Happy Monday and happy first Monday in May. I am ending my gut program strong. I can start slowly introducing foods back that could possibly have a sensitivity to. I have already determined a few foods, a few that I use to have times a day that my body doesn't agree with. I am feeling amazing and plan on keeping up with I love that I have learned about my body. I will be sharing more of journey in the next few weeks. Lets take a look at dinners for the next week. 

Monday - Chicken Ranch Sheetpan with Broccoli, carrots, and potatoes

Tuesday - Shredded Chicken Walking Tacos

Wednesday - Salmon Stir Fry

Thursday - Cinco de Mayo, Carnitas Bowls

Friday - Local Take Out

Saturday - Leftovers

Sunday - Mother's Day
