Hey loves. Happy Monday. Happy 4th of July.
Things are kind of starting to calm down this week. With all the craziness I have to admit I have gotten back to my old ways of eating foods that don't make me feel the greatest. I have been feeling blah and I know that I can feel better just by the foods I eat. I have made the decision to get back to my modified gut health eating. For me this means- all the veggies, removing dairy and most gluten and soy, limiting sugar and caffeine. It all comes down to eating what makes me feel good and eating to fuel my body not to graze.
Here's this weeks dinner menu:
Monday - Burgers (bunless for me) with green beans, carrot fries, and sweet potato fries
Tuesday - Chicken burrito bowls
Wednesday - Egg roll in a bowl
Thursday - Pasta with butternut squash, shredded chicken.
Friday - Clean Eatz local restaurant
Saturday - Chicken Sausage, carrots and salad
Sunday - Grilled Fish Salad
