Dairy Free Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
- 12 oz can of chicken breasts in water
- 10 grapes cut in half
- 1/2 apple diced
- 1/2 cup dairy free yogurt (I used coconut yogurt)
- salt/pepper to taste
Directions:
- Drain water from chicken. Dump chicken into a medium bowl and break apart.
- Add grapes and apples.
- Stir in dairy free yogurt until chicken is all coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve
- Enjoy!!!!
