 Cheesy Lasagna Skillet


  • 1 lb pasta of your choice9 (if using lasagna noodles break into small pieces)
  • 1 jar pasta sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzerella
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 16 oz ricotta cheese


  1. Bring water to boil in a large pot. Cook pasta per directions on package.
  2. In a large skillet heat sauce. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes.
  3.  Once noodles are finished, drain and add to sauce. 
  4. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until combined and melted.
  5.  Turn off heat, add ricotta cheese. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir again to make sure everything is combined.
  7. Serve.
