Peppermint Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp hot water
- 2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 2/3 flour
- 12 oz chocolate chips
- 4 candy canes, crushed
Direction:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Beat melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, peppermint extract and hot water in a large bowl.
- Slowly stir in remaining ingredients.
- Drop 1 rounded tablespoon on baking sheet.
- Bake for for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Let cool on cooling rack.
- Serve
- Enjoy!!
- Store in air tight container.
