Healthy Potato Soup
Ingredients:
- 30 oz bag shredded hash browns
- 1 onion diced
- 1/2 cup carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 4 cups chicken or veggie broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary
- salt/pepper
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 5 to 6 hours, or low for 8 hours.
- Taste and adjust seasoning to your liking
- Serve
