What's Up Wednesday February Edition

Hey loves. Happy What's Up Wednesday. How is it already the last Wednesday of the month. This month has flown by, given it is a short month but compared to everything that went wrong in January. February had been a good month. Lots of cheerful family time, date nights, and new routines.

It's that time for Whats Up Wednesday with Shay, and Sheaffer. On the last Wednesday of every month we are all invited to share a little bit everything that has been going on for the past month.

~ WHAT I AM REMINISCING ABOUT ~

Last year we took a day away to Columbus to watch the Ohio State Girls Basketball team. We had a lot of fun. Last year Ella was all into basketball, this year she wants nothing to do with sports.

How was this 5 years ago? Ella and I use to wear matching mommy and me dresses.

7 years ago Austin was learning to crawl, but also was holding planks a lot randomly around the house. Monkey see monkey do, I have never hid working out from my kids.

Oh the days where the kids were smaller and always acting like monkeys. Now Ella is 11 and almost the size of me there is no picking her up easily.

~ WHAT I AM LOVING ~

Ella requested that I set her up a profile on my Myx bike. She has done a few scenic rides at her own pace.

Anna and Austin morning cuddles. Yes they are watching the tablet together.

I got a haircut and was not happy with the outcome when I had it done. My bangs are now long enough and I fixed up the haircut myself and am loving wearing it straight again and no more crazy knots.

The kids have been helping more in the kitchen and enjoying. From helping make bread to homemade individual pizzas.

~ WHAT WE HAVE BEEN UP TO ~

We have been in the kitchen a lot baking, and making dinner. I have had some cute helpers too.

Austin has been loving basketball this season. Only one more game left. Kinda sad, but I think we are doing flag football and coach pit baseball.

Fires, family nights, homemade pizza, smores and movies.

Brian and I got a date night in.

Everyone got haircuts. Austin's had some wild crazy curls, Ella and Anna were having horrible knots, and Brian likes to get a haircut every month.

Any chance we get that it is around or above 50 and it isn't raining we are outside. This particular day the temps were in the 60s, all the neighborhood kids were at the playground.

We hosted dinner and cake to celebrate Brian's Mom and Aunt's birthday.

~ WHAT I AM DREADING ~

Ella's dentist appointment that was suppose to be in February got rescheduled to March. Anna and Austin also both have dentist appointments. I have no issues taking them to all the doctors, but I don't like dentists.

~ WHAT I AM WORKING ON ~

March 6 I am joining in a 3 week cleanse and clean group with healthy eating, a vegan cleanse (without limitations of amounts of food) and natural cleaning product challenge. Want more details? send me a message ( momlifewithAdrienne@gmail.com )

Also on March 6 I am starting a workout program that is 20 minutes a day, for 20 minutes and you get 20 servings of the delicious shake I drink and pre-workout. (There are also other options for supplements or just workouts as well.) Interested in joining me? Fill out this form or send me an e-mail (coachadge629@gmail.com )

~ WHAT I AM EXCITED ABOUT ~

Ella's first band concert next month.

~ WHAT I AM WATCHING ~

Yes it is the end of February, almost March and I am catching up on Hallmark Christmas movies on my dvr still.

Forever Never by Lucy Score

~ WHAT I AM LISTENING TO ~

Just finished The Lazy Genius Way by Kendra Adachi that I borrowed from the library

~ WHAT WE ARE DOING THIS WEEKEND ~

Austin has his last basketball game of the season. Brian is also talking about going to the Cleveland Car Show. I currently have a mini van that I love but it won't last forever. Our next vehicle we need 3 rows and more trunk space but not huge. Is that even an option.

~ WHAT I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO NEXT MONTH ~

Brian and I have a date night to a comedy club with his work later in March. I am excited for a fun night, the only downfall is, it is a school night but I have my babysitter (aka my mom) already lined up.
Ella also has her first band concert next week. She won't tell me anything about it either so its a mystery but I remember how horrible my first band concerts were.

Thank you for stopping by!!!!! If you are new here,

  3. Your hair looks great! Seems like it was the week for haircuts - I saw some others that got their hair (or kids' hair) cut this week, and I got mine chopped off. That's so cute about your little guy planking! My 6 month old granddaughter might be trying to copy someone planking but she has her little butt high up in the air and it's the cutest thing!
