Maple Bourbon Granola

 Maple Bourbon Granola


  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp bourbon 


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl mix- oats, walnuts and salt.
  4. In a small bowl mix- syrup, oil, and bourbon. Pour over oat mixture mixing until thoroughly coated.
  5. Spread evenly on lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, stir, and bake for additional 15 minutes. 
  7. Remove from over and let cool. Oats will get crispy while cooling.
  8. Use your hands to break up. Store in air tight container. 
  9. Enjoy!!!!
