Chocolate Granola
Ingredients:
- 3 cups oats
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder (I use vegan chocolate Shakeology)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a large bowl stir all dry ingredients. In a small bowl mix melted oil and syrup together. Pour wet mixture over dry ingredients. Mixing until thoroughly coated.
- Spread evenly on baking sheet.
- Bake for 50 minutes, mixing half way through.
- Let cool and break into pieces.
- Store in air tight container
