Chocolate Granola



 Chocolate Granola

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder (I use vegan chocolate Shakeology)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In a large bowl stir all dry ingredients. In a small bowl mix melted oil and syrup together. Pour wet mixture over dry ingredients. Mixing until thoroughly coated.
  3. Spread evenly on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 50 minutes, mixing half way through.
  5. Let cool and break into pieces.
  6. Store in air tight container
  7. Enjoy!!!
