Garlic Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients:
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- salt/pepper
Directions:
- In a large saucepan over medium meat, melt butter.
- Add garlic to pan, cooking for one minute.
- Whisk in the flour, stirring continuiously for one minute.
- Slowly whisk in heavy cream and milk. Bring to a gentle bubble, then reduce heat.
- Simmer for a few minutes as sauce thickens.
- Slowly stir in cheese.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Serve with your favorite pasta, zoodles, and protein.
