Hey loves. How was your weekend? It is Tuesday and I somehow forgot to share our dinner menu for this week. I have taken dairy out of my diet again. It has not been agreeing with me and giving me major stomach issues. We are going to start there and see how it goes. I have bought coconut based yogurt, use coconut milk, and vegan cheese. Lets see what we have on our menu this week:
Monday - Cookout with friends
Tuesday - Shrimp Tacos
Wednesday - Salmon with broccolini and whatever veggies we get from the garden
Thursday - Leftovers
Friday - Local Take Out
Saturday - Sourdough Pizza night
Sunday - Grilled chicken salad
