Tuscan Shrimp

 Tuscan Shrimp


  • 1 lb shirmp, thawed and peeled
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
  • 2 handfuls of fresh spinach


  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
  2. Whisk in flour until smooth
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add in heavy cream, lemon juice, seasoning, and tomatoes. Bring to a simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp is thoroughly cooked. 
  6. Add spinach cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve as desired. (we had over mash potatoes and added steamed broccoli) 
  8. Enjoy!!!!
