Ingredients:
- bone in pork chops
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 Tbsp ketchup
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a small mixing bowl combine honey, garlic, coconut aminos, and ketchup. Stir until combine
- Place pork chops in baking dish. Pour sauce over pork chops. Top pineapple on pork chop.
- Bake for 14-20 minutes, until internal temp is 145 degrees.
- Remove from oven. Transfer pork chops to plate, then spoon over sauce.
- Serve.
