 Baked Honey Pork Chop

  • bone in pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp coconut aminos 
  • 1 Tbsp ketchup

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a small mixing bowl combine honey, garlic, coconut aminos, and ketchup. Stir until combine
  3. Place pork chops in baking dish. Pour sauce over pork chops. Top pineapple on pork chop.
  4. Bake for 14-20 minutes, until internal temp is 145 degrees.
  5. Remove from oven. Transfer pork chops to plate, then spoon over sauce.
  6. Serve.
  7. Enjoy!!
