 Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo


Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 4 Tbsp unsalted butter, cut into pieces
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 pound pasta, cooked
  • 4 oz Parmesan cheese, shredded

Directions:

  1. Place liner in crock pot
  2. Add everything except pasta and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours
  4. Remove chicken and shred.
  5. Stir sauce then add chicken and cooked pasta back into crockpot.
  6. Cook on low for 30 minutes. 
  7. Serve topped with Parmesan.
  8. Enjoy!!!!
