Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 8 oz cream cheese, cut into pieces
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 pound pasta, cooked
- 4 oz Parmesan cheese, shredded
Directions:
- Place liner in crock pot
- Add everything except pasta and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours
- Remove chicken and shred.
- Stir sauce then add chicken and cooked pasta back into crockpot.
- Cook on low for 30 minutes.
- Serve topped with Parmesan.
