Hey friends. Last week was an off week. I did a small grocery haul that I shared on youtube. It was just the essentials that we needed for the week. Sharing out last week of what we ate.
Breakfast
One night this week the kids requested overnight oats so I quickly made some chocolate banana overnight oats.
Most of the week I had a bagel sandwich with chicken sausage from Trader Joes. I had made the bagels the week before and froze half the them.
Lunch
I took no pictures of my lunches this week. I had either a salad with a chicken sausage on the side or soup.
Dinner
Sunday- We had a St. Patrick's day brunch with our friends. Dinner we had leftover vegan Shepard's pie.
Monday- Leftover alfredo and/or Shepard's pie
Tuesday- Chicken taco salad
Wednesday- Lentil Vegetable soup
Friday and Saturday- leftovers
Snack
No pictures of snacks this week, but every afternoon I got back into the habit of having a shake. In the morning if I needed something to munch on I grabbed some popcorn.
