Grilled Salmon
Ingredients:
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup EVOO
- 1/3 cup coconut amminos
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- salt/pepper
Directions:
- Combine EVOO, coconut amminos, lemon juice, honey, garlic and salt and pepper in a bowl. Whisk well.
- Place salon in a large zip lock bag. Pour marinade over fish. Remove access air and zip tight.
- Refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes.
- Preheat grill.
- Once grill is ready remove fish from bag and discard bag and excess marinade.
- Grill fish with skin side down until internal temp is 145 degrees.
- Let rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve
