 Grilled Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 1/4 cup EVOO
  • 1/3 cup coconut amminos
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • salt/pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine EVOO, coconut amminos, lemon juice, honey, garlic and salt and pepper in a bowl. Whisk well.
  2. Place salon in a large zip lock bag. Pour marinade over fish. Remove access air and zip tight.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes.
  4. Preheat grill.
  5. Once grill is ready remove fish from bag and discard bag and excess marinade.
  6. Grill fish with skin side down until internal temp is 145 degrees. 
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes. 
  8. Serve 
  9. Enjoy!!!
