Meal Planning Monday Week 165

 Hey friends. It has been forever since I shared a true Meal Plan for the week ahead. I have been sharing grocery hauls over on my youtube channel, and I realize that not everyone checks out youtube. I had a sweet reader reach out to me, suggesting I bring back Meal Planning Monday. She said she loved getting realistic ideas of what to make for dinner. So I am back sharing my weekly meal plan.


My kids are all 3 in school all day. Schedules are changing. I am doing my grocery shopping on Fridays now so I make sure I have lunch supplies for Monday. (at least that is what we are trying out now). I am also making more snacks to try for my kids lunches and after school. I will be sharing all the recipes we love along the way too. 

It is also fall in my world and I am loving all things pumpkin. Are you team pumpkin or team apple spice?

Monday- Pesto Protein Pasta with Chicken and Broccoli

Tuesday- Beef Tacos

Wednesday- Honey Garlic Salmon with rice and veggies

Thursday- Choolah Take Out

Friday- Leftovers 

Saturday- Birthday party

Sunday- Tomato Spinach Tortellini Soup


Snack of the week- Pumpkin Bread

  1. Pesto Protein Pasta with Chicken and Broccoli sounds delicious! That sounds like something that my kids would actually eat! They're so picky, but they love pasta!
