 Apple Cinnamon Protein Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple diced
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Dice apple, and place in air fryer at 390 degrees for 10-12 minutes until softened. (you can omit this set if you would like a crunchy apple bites)
  2. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and protein powder. Stir until combined.
  3. Top with apples and cinnamon
  4. Serve
  5. Enjoy!!!
