Apple Cinnamon Protein Yogurt
Ingredients:
- 1 apple diced
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- cinnamon
Directions:
- Dice apple, and place in air fryer at 390 degrees for 10-12 minutes until softened. (you can omit this set if you would like a crunchy apple bites)
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and protein powder. Stir until combined.
- Top with apples and cinnamon
- Serve
- Enjoy!!!
