Hey friends. How was your Thanksgiving? We hosted and ours went well. Today we are finally decorating for Christmas.

I usually have a protein shake every afternoon. With the colder temps I don't want anything cold. I have been enjoying protein mug cakes instead. They are easy to make with a scoop of protein a splash on milk, and an egg. I will sometimes add some fresh fruit, or nuts to give it a crunch.

No picture but my kids only had school on Monday this week. For the most part they got along and played together, and Ella wasn't in her room the whole time.
