Weigh In Wednesday November 2024

 Hey friends. I linking up with Joanne  Slices of Life for Weigh In Wednesday. I have switched some things up and noticing some changes. 


What am I doing?
Last week I signed up for 5 day Gut and Butt Challenge with Faster Way to Weight Loss. My previous coach from Bodi switched companies after Bodi changed their networking marketing format to affiliate only. They had an offer to try out their program for 5 days for only $20 so I gave it a shot. I loved the workouts being more basic but still felt like you worked out. My legs and arms were sore for days, but a good sore. They also focus a lot on nutrition, carb cycling, and intermediate fasting.  I can't mentally see paying $279 for the first 6 weeks, then $79 a month after that. 
This week I am back to jumping around on Bodi workouts because I already subscribe to the membership. 

What I have been eating?
Breakfast has mostly been eggs with sourdough bread topped with an avocado
Lunch soup or leftovers
Dinners have been all over the place 

I have been focused on dinner and done. Weather it done at 530 or 630, no more snacking afterwards. 

The Numbers, Scale, and Changes I noticed:
I have been avoiding the scale. Especially with being sore from working out I know the scale can go up.
I have noticed my pants are feeling a little looser. Also more energy. i haven't been falling asleep by 8/830 now it is closer to 930-10. 

What I Want to Change:
Keep up with the less snacking, I would love to get more steps in but the weather is turning and I am a freeze baby (tomorrow we have snow in the forecast)
