Friday Favorites- End of February

Hey loves. It's the last Friday of the month. We are ending the month on a positive note with some exciting things potentially happening. I can't wait to share next week. This week has been a great week. First week all year all 3 kids went out school all 5 days, and I feel like I am finally getting my life together.

Time for some Friday Favorites with these lovely ladies: Erika, and Andrea.

~ ONE ~

Fresh snow is so beautiful and so relaxing to watch fall. We have had our share of snow this year, and could still technically get more into May. Right now is the start of mud season too. I will take all the white snow over mush lawns and mud.

~ TWO ~

Family movie night with a movie, popcorn, and a fire. Last Friday we watched part 2 of Peter Pan, Return to Neverland. I know I had watched it previously but I don't remember it being so dark/deep in the beginning. The movie also left you with some unanswered questions.

~ THREE ~

Austin had another basketball game. I love seeing his confidence grow each week.

~ FOUR ~

Anna requested a heart in her hair. It turned out cute.

~ FIVE ~

Brian and his brother planned a surprise 70th birthday for their mom. It turned out great.

~ SIX ~

Weekend slumber parties. I love how much these two care for each other and every weekend as to sleep in the same bed or room or fort. I hope their love and care for each other stays as they get older.

~ SEVEN ~

Anna being Anna dancing at church. I had a meeting at the church yesterday and I am know as the mom of the dancing girl. Yes that would be me.

~ EIGHT ~

Who doesn't want a chocolate charcuterie breakfast? We made homemade chocolate syrup that the kids are loving. Anna requested chocolate for breakfast with pretzels. I also threw in fruit.

~ NINE~

I made a double chocolate sourdough loaf. This maybe a new favorite.

  1. I hope the exciting things happen! I can't wait to hear more.
I hope the mud season passes quickly, I agree fresh snow is way better than what is left after it goes.
