Meal Planning Monday Week 200

 Hey loves. Happy Monday. It is our first full week of summer. My kids also have vacation Bible School everyday for a few hours and another busy week. 




Let's meal plan for this week.


Monday- Crockpot shredded chicken sandwiches or salad

Tuesday- Shredded chicken tacos

Wednesday- Outing with our church

Thursday- Salmon burgers with smashed potatoes

Friday- Homemade pizza


Breakfast- I have been eating high protein eggs (eggs with cottage cheese) with everything but the bagel seasoning. 

For the kids I made sourdough protein waffles

Lunches- My kids requested sandwiches with fruit and celery. 

For myself I have chicken brats and salad.


Snacks- For myself turkey jerky, cheese, and veggies

I made monster protein bites for my kids. We also have veggie straws, strawberries, pretzels, yogurt, and pirates booty.
