Friday Favorites 5.23.25

Hey loves. It's Friday. It has been a very busy week and also very wet. I am thankful for a long fun weekend ahead. Hopefully some relaxation, time with family and friends and no more rain.

Time for some Friday Favorites with these lovely ladies: Erika, and Andrea. I have had a lot this week!!!

~ ONE ~

I ordered these new sandals. Yes they are Crocs but they are not your typical Crocs. They are so cushiony and with the color and glitter can be dressy or just everyday wear.

~ TWO ~

Last Friday Anna's teacher sent me this photo. Anna and Austin don't see each other normally at school. They both had an extra recess for behavior and were excited to see each other.

~ THREE ~

We went out to dinner as a family then walked around Crocker Park and stopped by the Lego store. Anna had to take a picture with all the Lego's she wants for her birthday.

~ FOUR ~

Anna is back to playing games. She got me to play memory with her a few times.

~ FIVE ~

This boy is going to keep me on my toes, for the good and bad. He is truly a boy and more and more coming out of his shell.

~ SIX ~

If you know me or have been around a while, I am not a griller. If I have something grilled on the menu it means that Brian is cooking. The other night Brian was trying to get the grass cut, the kids were starving (you know when they haven't had a snack in the past 5 minutes but have been eating non-stop all day starving). I started the hot dogs and brats in the house. Then Brian came in and said he planned on grilling then. So he started the grill and I put them on the grill just to get some flavor. This is a first. Maybe this year I will actually grill.

Even though it was a little chilly we had dinner outside.

~ SEVEN ~

Anna is officially a "pro" at the monkey bars. She love she show you she can do it by herself and went back and forth at least 10 times.

~ EIGHT ~

Anna had her first t-ball game. I love her excitement. If you watch the video on Instagram and her smile and her leg when she bats is adorable. (I forgot her helmet, actually wasn't told to bring one so I blame Brian so she is running with a helmet way to big)

~ NINE ~

Ella is something else. She had my mom old her a shirt with the fridge to match her boots. Now she says she needs pants with fringe too.

~ TEN ~

Morning cuddles are the best

~ ELEVEN ~

Last week I did NOT clean my fruits and veggies with the veggies wash from my wellness box. My strawberries didn't even last a week before they went bad. I hate wasting produce. I was sure to wash them this week after Brian did a little mid-week shopping.

~ TWELVE ~

Grandmother hobbies, watching birds. I was at my neighbors house baby sitting and they have all the bird feeders.

Let's not forget Frank my fat squirrel. If you zoom in it looks like he is smiling. He waited patiently for me to get him peanuts.

~ THIRTEEN ~

This girl is something else. She decided to sit in a piddle and play with cars so she had to change. We were going to Costco's and she went in PJs and dress shoes. She was the smart one to have a hat as it started downpouring when we left.

~ FOURTEEN ~

Foreign language week. Austin is currently in French so we got to join him in a French class. (the first half of the year he had Spanish). He sang us songs and then we played a French version of battleship, our replies had to be in French.

~ FIFTEEN ~

Ella had her art show this week too. She only had one artwork displayed. As soon as I saw Taylor I knew it was Ella's.

In case you missed, here's a quick look at the blog this week:

  1. Those Crocs are so cute, I love that they're a bit fancier than normal one's.
Aww! What a cute photo of Anna and Austin! How lovely that they got to spend some time together in school.
Good job with the grilling, it's something my fella always does. I wouldn't know where to start.

  2. Gosh I used to LOVE playing memory. We had lots of different varieties but I found the older I got the worse I seemed to get at remembering...
