Hey loves. It's Friday. We have been home from vacation for a week now. It has been a week of catching up on household chores and cleaning, catching up on work at the church office and real estate marketing, and prepping for back to school which is coming quick. Something had to give and it was my blog this week. But I am back with some favorites for the week.
~ ONE ~
The first time this summer we went out for donuts, a walk, and to the park on a Saturday morning. We use to do this at least once a month.
It was hot so the kids only played for about 15 minutes. The playground has no shade and even the slide was hot.
~ TWO ~
Austin started 6 weeks of fall baseball. It is on Sunday mornings. He did better his first game this fall than he did all in the regular season.
~ THREE ~
This beautiful princess has gotten into her play make-up a few times this week. Isn't she beautiful.
~ FOUR ~
My own little personal Snow White. She asked if she could go on the back patio and I said sure. Next thing I know she is out there talking to the 5 deer, a mom, dad, the twins, and the itty bitty (not pictured)
~ FIVE ~
All the Halloween decorations are starting to come out. On Wednesday I had to pick up Ella from her dads and I have both the younger kids with me. We stopped at Aldi and grabbed this cute ghost holding a pumpkin. I plan on painting the pumpkin. We also grabbed two Halloween blankets.
We went to Target to get school supplies. In the Dollar Spot they had this cute Ghost pillow for $5. I had told the kids we were only buying what was on the list. Then Austin questioned me and said the Ghost isn't on the list. I said "He is my reward for taking 3 kids shopping by myself during tax free week and craziness of back to school" (Next year I will be school shopping early)
We went to TJ Maxx just to get Anna a bookbag. (It was just her and I). I started looking at Halloween and she said no we are looking for a book bag only. When we were checking out these 3 pumpkins were in the check out line. I feel like someone else was going to buy them then changed their mind. Now they are mine. (I believe I have a bigger Mickey to go with the bigger Minnie)
~ SIX ~
Anna picked out her new bookbag. The rule was it couldn't have a character and I would like it to last more than one year.
~ SEVEN ~
Since we went to Disney we brought the kids fish tanks downstairs. Anna has a frog named Elsa. It has been entertaining to watch the frog swim up and down all day.
Thank you for stopping by!!!!! If you are new here,
Feel free to follow along.
XOXO
That donut/park day looks fun even if it was hot. You definitely deserve some rewards for back to school shopping with all the kids.
