Hey loves. It's Friday. The last week of summer break is coming to an end. My kids go back to school next week. I am ready for it but sad at the same time. We have had a great summer that went way too quick. It also feels like fall outside. Rainy, chilly, dreary, and the ac is off. Not how summer is suppose to be ending.

Christmas is in 125 days, not that we are counting. (No I don't have a countdown calendar up yet) We have started to get ideas for Christmas gifts. ( I may have already started shopping too) When my kids see something they want we take a picture of it so we will remember what they wanted and to add it to their list for Santa. I add items throughout the year (and modify it) to their Amazon wishlist that we give to family and friends.

It is that time for the year for my favorite flavor of Alani, Witches Brew. I grabbed a few and they have been a nice afternoon pick me up on the days I have gotten up at 5am. However not the habit I want to get into once school starts and I will be waking up every morning at 5am.

Brian and I along with our "tables for 8" church group went of a tour of Playhouse Square. I have never been to this part of downtown Cleveland or seen any plays down there. I had no idea there are 11 different venues. I learned a lot. I believe this was our last outting with this fun group before the "tables" are shuffled.

These daisies are popping this year. They are gorgeous and the deer don't eat them (knock on wood).
Last fall Brian bought these two bushes that were on clearance but they didn't say what they were. He wanted them to block the air conditioning unit on the side of the house. Turns out they are hibiscus bushes and we got a flower. (hopefully the deer don't eat them )

Ella and Benny (the dog) do not get along. For whatever reason he does not like her. We are trying to get them to warm up to each other and making her hold him. It lasted a few minutes then he jumped down and went back to just barking at her.

Last trip to Cedar Point before school starts. I did not go, my back was bothering me already and I didn't want to aggravate it more. All 3 neighbor families went and had fun. I love the pictures they sent.
Ella went took her friend. All the kids minus one.

It has been a chilly week. We have turned off the air, I even wore pants to work. It feels like fall. We had a lazy morning with cuddles, hot coffee, and watched Spookley the Square Pumpkin.
