Cruise and California Vacation 2026 Day 7 Cabo

Hey loves. I am jumping back in and sharing all about our cruise to the Mexican Rivera we did with Norwegian back in March.

Friday March 6 Cabo

Our last port stop was in Cabo. It was the shortest day on an island. We had to be back on the boat by 2 and it was a tender port so you had to take a smaller boat off the ship to get to the island.

The only picture from the whole trip with all 9 of us, We are ready for Cabo.

The island of Cabo is beautiful with all the rock formations.

We decided to walk from the port over to the beach. Along the way were water taxis and restaurants and shops. Plus se

And pelicans just perched on boats.

We did a tequila tasting, these three were ready for the beach.

On our walk we took a break in the shade while the dads grabbed some drinks. This sea lion was very chatty.

Finally made it to the beach. Our friends and kids were all in bathing suits. Brian and I had planned on changing in a bathroom. Turns out Cabo does not have any public bathrooms near the beach.

Either way we still had fun, the kids swam, we got some sun, and relaxed. The sand was so soft and the water gorgeous. The beach was pretty quiet too.

We had a perfect view of our ship from the beach

On the walk back to the ship Anna wanted a picture with a pirate in front of a restaurant.

We ended up stopping for lunch and had delicious tacos while the kids had chicken tenders.

While waiting at the tender to get back to the ship we saw more armed military. I had heard before we went to Cabo that they have random miliary walking around for your safety. It was comforting to see, not intimidating like Puerto Vallarta.

Enjoying our last sunset in the pacific ocean on west coast time.

It was also our last specialty dining. We picked Le Bistro, which is a French restaurant and we took Ella with us. (the younger kids had the buffet then went to the kids club). It was delicious. First up was escargot. I had an order and our friend had an order. I finished mine, Our friend did not even with the help of sharing, then the waiter gave him a hard time.
I will say this night the seas were rough and the location of the restaurant you really felt the boat moving. I would go back here again.

We had a great day in Cabo and would love to go back longer or just go on vacation to Cabo.
