Hey loves. Happy Monday. How was your weekend? I planned so much but feel like I barely accomplished anything. There just isn't enough time in the day.

Friday September 18th
Kids headed off to school and I sat down to make my menu and grocery list for the upcoming week. Then I headed to Aldi to get my shopping done.
I put a whole chicken, potatoes, and carrots in the slow cooker with intentions of having that for dinner.
I picked Anna up from school early due to having a doctors appointment. Her appointment went well, not it is just a waiting game. After her appointment Brian was getting hangry. We sat outside and had lunch at Rocky River Brewing Company. We grabbed Anna some chicken nuggets from McDonalds first because she had it in her mind that's what she wanted for lunch.
I got home and started knocking things off my to do list. Brian did the same. Anna helped him cut the grass.
Friday night football was home with a Frat Boy themed. Ella went to the game and worked the merchandise truck again.
Brian, the kids, and myself ended up across the street for the kids to play because Austin wouldn't be home most of the weekend. Also ended up ordering tacos for dinner. We sat outside and enjoyed the evening. It got a little chilly but the heater worked out perfect.
I picked up Ella before the football game was over so less traffic and we were losing.
Saturday September 19th
Bright and early aka 8am we dropped Austin off at his first overnight trip with the Young Marines. This was actually his first overnight without family and his first event with the Young Marines. He saw them in the 4th of July parade and was interested in what they were. Brian and Austin went to their open house and decided to join.
After dropping him off we went home and picked up Anna. First stop was Chick Fil A for breakfast, then quickly walked around one farmers market to get hummus. Next stop was another farmers market. Then we walked Crocker Park. It was raining so we took a stop at Barnes and Noble. The kids section is upstairs. Right at the top of the escalator was this K Pop display. We took pictures for ideas for Christmas. Next we did some shopping at Trader Joes, then window shopped at the Lego Store.
Before we left Anna wanted a picture in the karate photo opp.
We have so many of these exact pictures, but it makes her happy.
We made one more stop on the way home to Fresh Thyme to get some ingredients that I couldn't find in other stores for fire cider.
We got home in time for Brian to turn on the Ohio State Football game.
I had a quick lunch then headed shopping with Ella. She is making her boyfriend and Anna's Halloween costumes. We went to 4 different thrift/consignment stores, Hobby Lobby, and Michaels. We got most of what she needed.
Brian took Ella to get a new phone. Also got Austin a kids watch. He is getting older and not always with us (like this past weekend) so we thought it was time so we have contact with him.
Sunday September 20th
Started off Sunday going to church. Our church is back to the regular schedule with contemporary service at 9am. Brian was originally going to church then heading to coach baseball (even though Austin wouldn't be there) but baseball got cancelled because all the fields were washed out from the rain.
After church I became "Betty Homemaker" Baking bread, turned the chicken and veggies I had in the crockpot on Friday into a veggie soup, browned sausage and veggies for a quiche
We spent the afternoon at our neighbors house watching football as the kids played. Brian picked up Austin. He said he had a good time, but didn't give to much details.
We ended the night with a game of rummy then home for showers and bed.
