Turkey Burger Muffins

I am always looking for and trying new recipes. Some turn out to be major wins, some are ok but I would change it up next time I make it, and then there are the ones that are major fails, like an apple breakfast square I tired last week that I feed to the wild life. This is just to prove not everything is picture perfect.
I found a few recipes for Turkey Burger Muffins that I decided to try. This one turned out just OK, but I know why. I bought the grand extra fluffy biscuits, when I should have just bought the regular biscuits. It still turned out delicious, everyone ate them, and I would make them again.

Turkey Burger Muffins

2 tbsp EVOO
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 cup Ketchup
1 tsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
1 1/2 tsps. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 tube Large biscuits (not the extra fluffy)
Cheddar or Colby cheese to top (optional)

Directions:
1- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray EVOO on muffin tins.
2- In a large skillet, over medium heat add EVOO to coat pan, then cook ground turkey until no longer pink.
3- Stir in ketcup, mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and onion power, and salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes. Then remove from heat.
4- Press biscuits into muffin tins.
5-  Add meat mixture to each muffin tin, until almost to the top.
6- Add cheese if desired (I forgot to do)

8- Remove from muffin tin. and let cool 2 minutes.
9- Serve.
10- Enjoy!!!
