Hey loves. I need to a girlfriend coffee date. Now that I have 3 mornings a week that all my kids are in school I need to schedule one. (I also need girlfriends who drink coffee) For now I am going to have a coffee date with you. What is your drink of choice? Right now I am loving Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew or adding skinny white pumpkin mocha to my coffee with a splash of oatmilk at home.

- Mother Nature is confused that it is suppose to be fall weather. Today's high is 79 and tomorrow in the 85. Bring back my 70s and upper 60s please. I have been loving the windows open and cooler mornings.
- I have been enjoying all the pumpkin things but I am craving something apple. Maybe a apple cookies or pancakes. Maybe I will make apple donut bites. I have to buy apples first.
- I don't know if I ever really shared. Anna is done breastfeeding. I stopped cold turkey the day she turned 3. Now she does ask most days for a boob, but I tell her she drank it up and she is a big girl no more boob and she is fine with that.
- We are also in the process of potty training but boy is that girl stubborn. She will go in the potty if she is in undies, well only pee. She fights when you put undies on her too at times. One day she went and got her own pull up and put it on herself.
- Now to get her to sleep in her own bed all night every night.
- I have been in a rut with my health and fitness. I have not had the motivation/discipline to wake up and get my workouts done and have been using every excuse to not get it done during the day. I feel like crap and need to make changes for me. It is always easier said than done.
- Ella's birthday is coming up. She wants a sleepover with 7 girls. Wish me luck. I need to come up with some activities/games for the girls to do.
- We bought the kids a trampoline. Since we put it up they have spent the most time outside playing on it all summer.
- Now that I have decorated for Fall and Halloween, I am ready to take it all down and put up the Christmas tree. I know I need to slow down and enjoy each season and holiday.
- I am so excited to get away this weekend with Brian. We are just going to Columbus to watch the Ohio State Football game and do some shopping and time away from the kids. We figured out we haven't had a night alone in over 4 years. I have never had a night away from Anna.

Every evening I like to finish the day off with a cup of tea, splash of milk and one sugar. When I go out I always order a coffee. So if I was having a coffee with you I would probably choose either a skinny flat white or a cappuccino. 😊
