Hey friends. We made it to Friday. It has been another week of sickness in our house. Monday started off with Ella and Austin home from school sick then Anna came home from school running a fever. Ella thankfully went back to school on Tuesday but the other two were home until Thursday. Sometimes I wish mom intuition was wrong, but I knew it was going to happen. Even with everything going on I am trying to find the joy in the little things.
~ ONE ~
Even though she had an ear infection (at the time) she still was wanting to play all the games. I love that she is in the stage of playing the games the right way and not cheating, but she still always wants to win.
~ TWO ~
Austin requested to go to the library. He picked out some Minecraft, trucks, and Lego books.
~ THREE ~
They don't stay young forever. I am grateful to be the one home with them when they are sick.
One day they won't want to cuddle anymore. This was before Austin was "sick" but now I look back as he never naps and he napped on Brian.
~ FOUR ~
The day Anna felt the worst she wouldn't let me off the couch. She had to at least be touching me but most of the time she just wanted to hold me hand.
~ FIVE ~
The sun has been shining this week. Wednesday temps were in the upper 40s and I had the windows open for a little bit. Thursday temps were in the low 50s and I got outside and enjoyed it some.
~ SIX ~
Quick lunch in my one second chopper. I saw someone else share that they made their salad and ate it in the one second chopper. It worked out great to make a quick lunch because Anna wouldn't let me out of her sight. Bonus less dishes.
