Meal Planning Monday Week 172

 Hey friends. How often does your menu really go as you plan it? Lately our weekly dinner menu gets switched up at least once a week for different reasons. My goal next week is to stick to our menu. 



Last week I recorded a video going over how I meal plan each week. From using the kitchen inventory system to eating what we have on hand, and planning for leftovers. You can check out the video here

Dinner Menu:
Sunday- Browns game
Monday- Burgers with Sweet Potato Fries
Tuesday- Shrimp Tacois
Wednesday- Tilapia with acorn squash broccoli and rice
Thursday- Leftovers
Friday- homemade pizza

Lunches:
Leftover soup with either a salad with avocado, corn, black beans, tomato, and cucumber or a chicken protein wrap.

Snack- 
yogurt with protein powder, fruit, granola, and mini chocolate chips
protein shake

Breakfast:
eggs with spinach and mushrooms and  sourdough toast
