Hey loves. Happy first Monday of 2026. I am back to meal planning. My goal is to have healthier meals and use a lot of what we have on hand, before adding items to our grocery list. I still need to do a full kitchen inventory and purging our pantry and fridge. Lets see what we are eating this week.

Breakfast- eggs with toast and yogurt with fruit
Lunches- Leftover soup with toast, veggies and ranch
Dinners
Monday- Soup with chicken sandwiches
Tuesday- Baked Chicken Tacos
Wednesday- Waffles and more for the freezer
Thursday- Leftovers
Friday- Homemade pizza
