Taco Meatballs

Ingredients :

  • 1 lb ground meat (I used turkey)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup your favorite salsa
  • 1/2 batch homemade taco seasoning 
  • 1 cup colby cheese, shredded


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Line baking sheet with foil or spray with EVOO
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Shape meatballs into 1 inch size balls and place on baking sheet. 
  4. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes
  5. When finished serve as desired. (I did over cauli avocado mash)
  6. Serve
  7. Enjoy
