Happy Monday. We are already 10 days into the New Year. We have already gotten rid of the food that makes me feel like crap, aka all the cookies. I may love them, but my body does not. We are fully stocked up on fruits, veggies, and lean protein. For the past week we have been back on track with eating to fuel our bodies and working toward our goals. I am switching things up this year. Instead of posting what I have planned for the week ahead, I am giving you a look back at the last weeks meals of what we really ate with pictures, and recipes when acceptable. Lets take a look:

What is on your dinner menu this week?
This weeks breakfast has been a lot of eggs with leftover ham, and fruit.
Lunches have been a mix of leftover soup, one day I had a sandwich, and lots of salad with hard boiled eggs as my protein.
