Healthy Egg Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 Tbsp sweet relish
- paprika
Directions:
- Smash egg with a fork
- Add rest of ingredients.
- Stir well
- Serve
- Enjoy!!!!

I have never thought of using Greek Yogurt with eggs, I usually just use mayonnaise. I think I need to give your version a try.
