Friday Favorites Halloween Fun

Hey friends. Happy Friday and Happy November 1st. We had trick or treating last night, and the kids had so much fun. Who put 70 degree weather for trick or treating on their bingo card this year? I didn't but wouldn't change it. My kids are home today, so happy we didn't have to fight bedtimes and attitudes. Who else is excited to steal their kids candy? I prefer chocolate. I am ready to take down Halloween decorations and leave up fall, no Christmas in our house until Black Friday, not by my choice.

Time for some Friday Favorites with these lovely ladies: Erika, and Andrea.

~ ONE ~

Halloween costumes number one. We attempted trunk or treating. It was pure chaos but the kids still had fun. (it gave me anxiety the amount of people, kids pushing, and losing children)

Fun jumping in the leaves.

They also helped rake the leaves and did a good job.

~ FOUR ~

Our soccer era has come to an end. All 3 of my kids have played soccer and it has been determined that soccer is not their sport and that is ok.

~ FIVE ~

Kids being kids and playing in the woods, working as a team to build a fort.

We carved pumpkins on Monday night so Ella was home with us to do them. This year we kept it simple and just made jack o lantern faces. The kids helped to clean out the cuts, and got to draw the faces. Ella did her pumpkin 100% on her own, Austin I had to help about 50%, and Brian let Anna did a little of hers.

Ella with a tongue sticking out, feet added in, and a nose. (as of Thursday her tongue, nose and one tooth got eaten by a thief, the suspect is further down)
Anna with eyebrows and a button nose.
Austin with crazy eyes.

 ~ SEVEN ~

I finished 4 weeks of focus workouts I was doing. This week I have done 4 rides and reading while I ride. Currently reading Own Your Everyday by Jordan Lee Dooley, which I read before but I am in need of some personal encouragement.

~ EIGHT ~

I love where we live and see the wildlife, especially the deer and right now the male deer have reappeared.

~ NINE ~

I love when this tree starts changing colors. It only lasts a week but it is gorgeous

~ TEN ~

This dude, I have a lot hate relationship with. I love the wildlife, I have been scarred seeing mating season, and he is ballsy and got up on the patio and ate some flowers.

~ ELEVEN ~

Last minute Ella was allowed to dress up for Halloween. She picked her Fearless Taylor Swift costume again this year.

~ TWELVE~

One of these kids was up at 615, the other at 625 on Halloween. They were so excited for Trick or Treating and a little get together with friends after school. By 7 they had breakfast and somehow found light sabers and were fighting throughout the house

~ THIRTEEN ~

Our doorbell camera doesn't normally pick up the deer who eat my flowers. We caught him in action eating flowers and he is the main suspect for eating some of Ella's pumpkin too.

Good job with the kids helping to rake the leaves.
